All audio recordings, vocal content, spoken teachings, and video appearances by Fiona Ellis are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized use of Fiona Ellis's voice, likeness, or vocal identity is prohibited. This includes but not limited to:

• Creating AI voice clones, deepfakes, or synthetic reproductions of Fiona's voice without written consent

• Using AI tools (including but not limited to ElevenLabs, Resemble AI, Play.ht, or similar platforms) to replicate, simulate, or approximate Fiona's vocal identity

• Scraping, downloading, or repurposing audio content for the purpose of training AI voice models

• Using Fiona's image, likeness, or voice in any AI-generated content without explicit written permission

• Redistributing, re-uploading, or repurposing any audio or video content without attribution and permission
  
  

Authorized AI use: The Knox Vision Podcast uses AI-generated voices (Jack & Jill) to deliver Fiona's original written source documents. This is authorized, attributed, and directed by Fiona Ellis. All intellectual property in the source material remains with Fiona Ellis. No third party is authorized to replicate this process.

Licensed practitioners: AIM Certified Practitioners may reference and teach from Fiona's published frameworks under the terms of their certification agreement. This does not extend to voice reproduction or likeness use.

Reporting violations: If you become aware of any unauthorized use of Fiona Ellis's voice, likeness, or content, please contact archetypalintegration@proton.me

Legal basis: This policy is supported by Australian copyright law, the Australian Consumer Law (misleading and deceptive conduct provisions), and the pending Online Safety and Other Legislation Amendment (My Face, My Rights) Bill 2025. Fiona Ellis reserves all rights to pursue legal action for unauthorised use of her voice and likeness under current and future applicable legislation.
