You Can't Get There From Here

Healing the Inheritance You Didn't Ask For

Fiona Ellis  |  archetypalintegration.com  |  © 2026

A Note on Evidence

This book draws on peer-reviewed science, clinical findings, published works, Indigenous wisdom traditions, and twenty years of direct practice with clients. The research spans epigenetics, quantum physics, neuroscience, ancestral healing, and behavioural psychology.

Not all sources carry the same weight of traditional scientific evidence. This register distinguishes between evidence tiers so you can evaluate each claim on its own terms and pursue your own deeper research. Where a claim is contested, emerging, or based on practitioner observation rather than peer review, that is noted honestly.

This is a living document. The science is still catching up. New studies arrive. Findings evolve.

As ecologist Allan Savory observes: "If you look at the breakthroughs in science, almost always they don't come from the center of that profession — they come from the fringe." — Return to Eden (2020)
