Do I need prior coaching or healing experience?

While not required, most successful practitioners come with some background in coaching, therapy, healing, or personal development. What matters most is your commitment to doing your own archetypal integration work and your calling to facilitate this for others. This is deep transformational work, not surface-level coaching.

What if I can't attend the in-person intensive?

The 8-day intensive is mandatory for certification. If you cannot attend the scheduled dates, we recommend waiting for the next cohort. The intensive is where you receive hands-on training, practise facilitation, and complete your certification requirements. Dates are confirmed during the application process.

What happens after I'm certified?

You'll be qualified to call yourself an AIM™ Certified Practitioner and use the methodology with clients. Most certified practitioners continue in The Container at Emergence or Activation level for ongoing community, professional development, and supervision. Advanced pathways (Master Practitioner, Facilitator) are available through continued training.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Call times accommodate different time zones. If you can't make a call, submit your question in advance. All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You have lifetime access to every call, workbook, and tool.
